Application to Ch*na for Preapproval

The agency called on Thursday while I was at the hospital for Aunt Dell's heart surgery to let me know that after talking to the Ch*nese officials, they would most likely approve us for our little girl. He was going to submit the preapproval.  He told me to get my passport updated. It was good news, even though I thought he had already submitted the preapproval.
Aunt Dell's surgery went well.  Mama's cataract surgery and Antoinette's knee surgery went well also, and all 3 are improving daily.
